- Do I have to use all of my money in my "present" account at once?
A. No, you can use as little as $25 at a time for a period of up to two years.
- Do I have to use all of my money on one gift card?
A. No, you can get as many gifts cards as you want in increments as low as $25
- Can I just take the cash instead of gift cards?
A. After a period of two years, whatever is left in your "present account" will be mailed to you in the form of a check.
- How do I know who gave me a gift?
A. You will have a list of the guest, their address, and the amount they gave so you will have an easy thank you card list.
- What if my event gets cancelled?
A. All gifts will be returned to guests minus their convenience fee plus 5% of gift.
